We keep your account details: the email address you sign up with, the name you choose to show, and your timezone. We keep your settings, like waking hours and quiet hours, so cards arrive at humane times.
We keep the things you create: your actions, your routines, when you've asked for them to happen, and what happened to each one — done, skipped, put off. This is the product. Without it there's nothing to remind you of.
If you use voice capture, we save the words as text. The audio itself is never stored or sent anywhere. Your transcript, never your voice.
We keep a push token for your phone, which is how Apple lets us put a card on your lock screen. It identifies your device to Apple's notification service, not you to anyone else.
There are no ads in Dyverge and no advertising trackers. We don't use analytics companies to watch how you use the app. We don't sell your information, share it with data brokers, or give it to anyone for marketing. The app records events about your actions (created, finished, skipped) for one reason: so your own timeline is honest and your cards arrive sensibly.
Nothing you put into Dyverge is used to train AI models.
Your data is stored on cloud servers we rent from established hosting providers in the United States, and notifications travel through Apple's push service. It is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each account's data is walled off from every other account's at the database level.
Dyverge is made for adults. You need to be 18 or older to use it, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes, the date below changes with it, and anything meaningful gets said in plain words, not buried.
